The Indian Rojak in Singapore is very different than the one found in Malaysia. For one, you can’t choose what you want to have in your “Rojak” in Malaysia while in Singapore the choices are endless. You can have potato, liver, fish cake, fish ball, squid, prawns and even crab. It’s like Chinese Yong Ta Fu but Indian Style. A definite must try when you are in my homeland!
