Indian Rojak in Singapore (Rojak Mamak)

The Indian Rojak in Singapore is very different than the one found in Malaysia. For one, you can’t choose what you want to have in your “Rojak” in Malaysia while in Singapore the choices are endless. You can have potato, liver, fish cake, fish ball, squid, prawns and even crab. It’s like Chinese Yong Ta Fu but Indian Style.  A definite must try when you are in my homeland!

      hehehhe… my mom went to geylang this morning and bought this as brunch… i was pleasantly surprise also..hehhe..no liver today but plenty of squid and potato!1
